These are examples of letters of inquiry. There is a link below that will take you to a web site that will show how to do everything you will need.

In the upper left hand corner you put your contact information and below it you put the recipient's contact information. You then put your inquiry in the body of the letter. It's as simple as that. Here are some examples that I have written.
